Payment is required before work commences

Full refund is available up to the sketch stage, after which a 25% refund is available for shaded pieces and a 50% refund for reference sheets

A full refund is available if I cannot complete the work to no fault of the commissioner

Commissions are for personal use only and not for profit. Artwork may be used in banners/profile pictures such as at conventions or online

Putting my artwork into generative AI engines is prohibited

I own the rights to my work (but obviously not the character) and am able to post online or use for my portfolio

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable or feel the commission is out of my skill level

Please be patient when awaiting a commission. I try to have a quick turnaround, but I also work full time so find myself limited on time. Feel free to ask for updates at any time, updates will be sent regularly through each process

Please provide full visual references! Non-visual references will incur a design fee of $10 as this will involve some design work on my end which often results in extra time and extra drawings

Please be kind! Any aggressive or insulting behaviour will result in your commission being cancelled with a 50% refund only

I can do NSFW pieces on any adult character for the same price

I will not post or engage with NSFW pieces if you choose to post them as my account is somewhat family friendly

To request a NSFW piece, I require a form to be fulfilled with confirmation of being 18+, I will not allow those under 18 to commission NSFW pieces

Commissions are purchased through Ko-fi

Once finished, I will send one final check for evaluation. Three (3) minor revisions can be made upon completion. More than three (3) revisions will incur an additional charge for time spent

One the finalised artwork is approved, I will email you .png and .jpeg files for posting (you don’t have to post them)
